County pipes being replaced without a hitch

COLUMBIA CITY — After more than a century, the last remnants of the Whitley County courthouse’s original plumbing is being replaced.
According to Courthouse Maintenance Supervisor Dennis Fenker, antique cast iron plumbing pipe is being replaced throughout the 123-year-old structure.
