COLUMBIA CITY â€” A man who was arrested with his father and mother as part of an alleged methamphetamine operation pleaded guilty Monday.
David Greer, 23, pleaded guilty to manufacturing methamphetamine, a Class B felony.
Greer will be sentenced Nov. 4. As a stipulation of a plea arrangement, the other drug-related charges against Greer will be dismissed at sentencing.
A Class B felony carries a sentencing range of 6 to 20 years.
Greer was arrested Sept. 6 along with his father, Jay Greer, and his mother, Patricia Greer.
Jay Greer had his pretrial conference continued in Whitley County Circuit Court Monday. His attorney, Brad Baber, told Judge James Heuer that they needed approximately a week to resolve the case.
Jay Greer will be back in court Monday, Oct. 14.
Patricia Greerâ€™s case is through the Whitley County Superior Court system. She has a pretrial conference scheduled for Oct. 22. Her attorney is Jeffrey Jones, Jr.
