WARSAW — Columbia City senior captain Sam Dailey was hospitalized in critical condition after an injury sustained during Friday night's game at Warsaw.

He was taken into surgery shortly after the game due to pressure and bleeding on the brain.

Dailey was named captain of the team last week.
