Daniel wins Republican nomination for mayor

COLUMBIA CITY — Ryan Daniel will represent the Republican Party in the November general election for mayor of Columbia City.
Daniel, 26, received 575 votes in Tuesday’s Primary Election to defeat Gary Parrett and Don Sexton.
Daniel will face Democrat Cathy Heritier who advanced unopposed to the Nov. 8 election for Columbia City’s highest elected office.
