Doris W. Craig, 79, a resident of rural Churubusco and widow of Donald E. Craig, passed away at 4:09 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013. Mrs. Craig was born on July 21, 1933, in Allen County, a daughter of Charles and Vera (Bair) Dafforn.
The surviving relatives include a daughter, two sons, a sister, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home in Churubusco with Pastor Dwayne Berna of the Merriam Christian Chapel, officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m., or one hour prior to the service Monday. The burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery, south of Churubusco.
