Post & Mail photo/Becky Hand — Twin foals were born again, at Conley and Koontz Equine Hospital, the second time in less than a month. The first set of twin foals were born March 26 and 27 at the hospital and reportedly both foals and mother are doing well.

Veterinarians at the Conley & Koontz Equine Hospital may be thinking about having the water tested, as the rare birthing of twin foals has happened again. Wednesday around 10 p.m., a mare named “Hooker,” owned by the Herbster family of Middlebury, delivered a colt and a filly.
