Drive-thru discussions: Columbia City officials mull downtown drive-up request

COLUMBIA CITY — A local coffee shop’s request for a drive-up window sparked long discussions from Columbia City’s Board of Works.

While city officials like the idea of the business proposal, they are working to figure out the logistics of it.

Brewha, a coffee shop located on North Main Street, between Van Buren and Jackson Streets, requested to use the city’s alley for a drive-thru.
