Drive-thru discussions: Columbia City officials mull downtown drive-up request
COLUMBIA CITY — A local coffee shop’s request for a drive-up window sparked long discussions from Columbia City’s Board of Works.While city officials like the idea of the business proposal, they are working to figure out the logistics of it.
