Drug deal suspect caught in Kosciusko County

COLUMBIA CITY — A Warsaw man was arrested Wednesday by a Kosciusko County sheriff’s deputy on an outstanding Whitley County warrant for dealing marijuana.
Robert William Hersha, 50, 522 E. CR 200 N., Warsaw, was taken into custody at 10:49 a.m. Wednesday for the class D felony.
