Dust, road work discussed

COLUMBIA CITY — A modest crowd of 16 Whitley County residents sat in the room where county commissioners and council meet to hear Highway Department Superintendent Mike Barton spell out plans for 2011 road improvements in the county.
“We have 640 miles of roads in Whitley County,” said Barton.
