COLUMBIA CITY — The one certain result of Thursday evening’s golf match between the host Columbia City Eagles and the New Haven Bulldogs was that one of the two teams was going to get its first Northeast   Hoosier Conference win.
Which of the teams that would be was still in doubt after the first four golfers for each team turned in their score cards.
The No. 5 player for the Eagles carded a team-leading 43 to give the Eagles a 179-185 victory at the Links of Eagle Glen.
