Eagles win streak killed by Homestead

FORT WAYNE — There are times when statistics do not give a true picture of what happened during a ball game. That was not the case Friday night when the Columbia City Eagle football team traveled to Homestead in a showdown of Northeast Hoosier Conference “unbeatens.”
The Spartans racked up over 500 yards of total offense in the first half on their way to a 52-13 win.
