EMS plan comes to county

COLUMBIA CITY — An alternative plan to the current Whitley County Emergency Medical Service program was scheduled for discussion today by the Whitley County Board of Commissioners and Tuesday at the regular meeting of the county council.
According to Commissioner Don Amber, Consultant Jim Freeman will provide data and specifications for an EMS service that would become 100 percent under the county’s control.
