Energy savings less than reported

COLUMBIA CITY — An error in calculation has made it necessary for a company contracted by Whitley County to make a second presentation.
Thomas Payne, director of marketing for Border Energy, appeared before the Whitley County Council last week to give an update on his company’s efforts to save the county money on its energy bill.
