COLUMBIA CITY â€” Legislators heard from extension educators at a recent luncheon.
Angela Taulbee, of Farm Credit Mid America in Columbia City, and Doug Keenen, with Noble County Extenstion, were among 200 other PCARET members and Purdue Extension educators who gathered at the State House for the State PCARET Legislative Luncheon Monday Jan. 13.
Educators and PCARET members thanked legislators for their continued support and reinforced the importance of extension programing and research in Indiana.
â€śAs a member of the farming community, I recognize the importance extension programs and what they bring to our community,â€ť said Angela Taulbee.
â€śIt is important to take advantage of the opportunity to meet with our legislators in-person and express our gratitude as they continue to support agriculture initiatives.â€ť
