EXTRA TRAINING: New requirements for WCCS guest teachers

COLUMBIA CITY — With safety as a top focus, Whitley County Consolidated Schools officials mandated all teachers receive special training prior to the 2014-15 school year. That school safety and bullying training requirement was carried through to substitute teachers this summer, as well as anyone interacting with WCCS children on a daily basis.
