Faculjak receives four-year sentence

COLUMBIA CITY— A former deli employee who stole a customer’s credit card in South Whitley received a four-year sentence Monday.

Eloy R. Faculjak, 30, of South Whitley, was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Corrections (DOC), and will serve his entire sentence for forgery, a Class C felony, behind bars, with no time suspended.

Faculjak pleaded guilty Oct. 20. It was just his second court appearance.
