COLUMBIA CITY — A year-long project came to completion just in time for the 2013 Whitley County 4-H Fair.

The Whitley County Farm Bureau donated $23,000 to Whitley County’s 4-H club to build a new platform at the grandstands — replacing the temporary trailer stage used in the past.

Ousley said most of the farm bureau’s board consists of previous 4-H members and 4-H families.
