FATHER'S DAY: Banks balances bills, budgets and babies

COLUMBIA CITY — Father’s Day is tomorrow, and in the midst of neck ties, homemade cards and Sunday dinners, dads will be applauded for the role they play as a parent.

Although fathers come in all shapes and sizes and hold various jobs and responsibilities, few can say they also shoulder state government.
