Finally getting to play: City takes one at home

   COLUMBIA CITY — Anyone could tell the weather was a bit windy. There were whitecaps in the outfield.
   Even two straight weeks of rainy cold weather, leaky Thursday skies and standing water were not enough to keep the Columbia City Lady Eagles off the diamond at Morsches Park.
   Playing for the first time since April 13, the Columbia City Lady Eagles jumped out to an early lead and then held on against a late Manchester rally to take a 7-3 win.
