Firemen go extra mile for new truck

COLUMBIA CITY — Columbia City’s Fire Department is in the process of purchasing a new truck, and a pair of firemen was touted by many at a recent Columbia City Board of Works meeting for their extra effort.

Kyle Francis and Mike McGregor, two full-time firemen for the city, have been working for the past several months to put together the specs for the new truck.
