Fleck: City responds to Labor Day Wkd. storm damage

COLUMBIA CITY — Storm damage had several city departments working together over the Labor Day weekend.
On Sep. 3, lightning struck at Blue River Trail during a storm, knocking out the city’s cameras as well as a host of other services.
