Food bank to hold hotshot contest for more donations

SOUTH WHITLEY — “Who is your favorite firefighter?”

In an effort to raise money and increase food donations, the South Whitley Emergency Food Bank is holding a contest for residents to vote for their favorite Cleveland Township Firefighter.

Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon, votes will be gathered.

When a voter brings a nonperishable food item to the station, one vote will go toward the count for their favorite firefighter.
