Friends of PPL meet

The Friends of the Peabody Public Library movie for September will be shown at 7 p.m. Sept. 18 in the Community Room of the Peabody Public Library.
This month’s feature is “Swing Time,” a 1936 movie with Fred Astair and Ginger Rogers. The movie is free. Popcorn and refreshments are available.
