Frosh Eagles fall to Bulldogs

COLUMBIA CITY — The Columbia City Eagles freshman boys basketball team was handed their second loss of the season when they played the New Haven Bulldogs Friday night.

It seems the ball just wouldn’t go in the basket for the Eagles.
At the end of the first half, the Bulldogs were ahead 17-12, but the Eagles couldn’t catch up by the end of the game with the score ending in 39-20 in favor of the Bulldogs.

The loss makes their record 10-2.

Brendon Slagal had two 3-pointers for six points, Andrew Jagger and Brock Snouffer both had four points, Noah Wigent had three points, Jordan Bechtold had two points and Rob Wood had one point.
