FUTURE HOPE: Long-term forecast shows warm-up

COLUMBIA CITY — While temperatures Tuesday morning were frigid and below zero, there is hope.
According to the 10-day forecast from The Weather Channel, temperatures will increase significantly over the next week-and-a-half.
By Monday, the temperature will be above freezing at 37 degrees. Thursday's high is expected to be in the mid-40s.
