Gail Bowman, 91

Gail R. Bowman, 91, of Pierceton, IN passed away at 8:55 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, 2011 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw. He was born Sept. 1, 1919 in Decatur, to Charles A. and Velma O. (Lenhart) Bowman.
He was married to Betty L. Weicht who preceded him in death. He was a World War II Navy Veteran.
Survivors include a son, Samuel E. Bowman; and a brother, Jim Bowman.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Pastor Mike Beezley of the Clunette United Methodist Church officiating. Military rites will be performed by the American Legion Post 253 in North Webster following the service. Private family burial will take place in the Rockford Cemetery.
