CHURUBUSCO â€” Indiana is a great place to do business.
That was the message from Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann at the Whitley County EDC annual meeting at C&A Tool Thursday.
While Ellspermann pointed out that being part of Gov. Mike Penceâ€™s administration was about economic development, she was quick to tout the efforts of the previous administration.
â€śWe are building off of eight great years with Mitch Daniels,â€ť she said of the former governorâ€™s administration.
Ellspermann pointed out plans that the Pence administration has for the state. These include encouraging entrepreneurs to start their own business. Work is also needed among employees in the state.
â€śWith all of the good economic development, we need workforce,â€ť she said. â€śWe need to find someone to do the job.â€ť
