For all those that support Ron u must of been lied to by what was only being told by him in all reality it was 12 strangers that made the decision to convict Ron on his own words ...... So if u where blinded by lies then u must know how the victim felt its called "grooming"u r lead into believing something.that's not true or right. Ron never denied any alligations on the so called illegal phone call which if it was why did it stand up in court ..and for ones testifying against the victim well teenage girls will say anything especially when jealous of the victim support Ron all u want he is gone for many years and as for the family and friends that supports him ah they will go on with life and not think twice

To the person who wrote the above artice. First off let me say that you are so wrong, I have know this family for over twenty years. Ron is not now nor ever was a Child Molester. And as far as him being forgotten, that will never happen. He has such a wide support group behind that the so called victim only wishes she had. Ron will never be forgotten among his family and friends. Ron is now, and has always been one of the kindest people that i am proud to say that i have known. Anyone who know this girl knows that she lied. She sat on the stand and admitted to lying. This was even printed in the paper. So before you go and make derrogatory statements then i suggest you get your facts straight. The only thing that Ron is guilty of is trying to help a family out when everyone else turned their back on them. This is where it has gotten him. To Ron and his family there are people praying everyday that somehow you will be able to make it through this horrendous thing. As for Ron not denying allegations, you are so wrong, he has always denied the allegations, the one that has continually changed the story is the supposed victim. So to Ron- to are sadly missed, and there are many, many supporters who are waiting until the day when we can see you again. Hang in there, be strong, and God will be with you.

I agree with the previous writer. I also know both families and there is no way that Ron is a child molester. Ron gave them 4 children something that they never had in their lives STABILITY> He was no more than a father figure to them, I have a child who goes to school with this girl and this girl commented at how she was going to get even. Well young girl you got even all right at the expense of a great man. If there was molestation then why did the mother not remove the child, and why did the mother continue to have a relationship with Ron and even have a child with him. None of these stories match up. Ron I am so sorry for you- I hope that you will continue to stand tall and hold your head high, people in Whitley County are outraged at your conviction. My heart goes out to your parents, they are truly two great people. Have faith in God- and stand true to your beliefs. The wrong person definitely is in jail.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not see the trial.I know both of the parties involved, I think ron got taken for a ride. It took a long time for the girl to tell that she was molested.I think that family got what they wanted. sorry ron.

To no you are wrong- Don't know where you got your information- but this man has always been a law abiding citizen. The only thing he did wrong was to try and help a family- before you go and criticize you had better get your facts straight. Why was there no evidence. Because there was never any sex that is why!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a sad sad shame, I have known this man for many years attending the same school. Anyone who has had the chance to be his friend is the better for it. Theses charges would have never happened had he never repossed a truck from the mom. This case is not about molestation- it is about revenge- and unfortunately Ronald is the one who lost. God Bless you Ron- you have a lot of support behind you!!!!!!!!!!!

No, you are wrong.

Without question, this man is exactly where he should be. I will not go into details, but he showed a proclivity for such behavior prior to beginning the "relationship" with the girl in question. Anyone who thinks this guy was "set up" and should not be in prison for his actions is just not being honest with themselves or is morally bankrupt.

You are wrong- He is not the one who should be in prison. This man has never shown any proclivity for any such behavior. Who ever you are getting your information from is a liar. The only ones morally bankrupt are people who do not know the truth.

It is a very sad situation when the newspaper has to trash a person. Why did they not tell the true story of how the girl changed her story so many times. Tell how she acted as if it was a joke while she was on the witness stand. The only time that she even showed emotion was when the defense attorney made her mad. This whole case is a very sad version of how our justice system works. The man was set up by a phone call which was illegal, even the detective admittd that, There were two witness who testified as to the immoral character of the girl. I had a chance to sit through the whole trial, due to being a law student and I felt sorry for the defendent. It was clear that he was definitely being railroaded and due to our sorry judicial system it is going to cost him the next 30 years of his life. Why is the girl not being charged with pergury, after all she admitted lying while under oath. Come on- people of Whitley County open your eyes and get some people on the judicial side of the government who can be fair and run a court the way it should be. Mr. Rostochak, my prayers are with you- stay strong.

Hey law student....

Comment: 3281's perjury, not pergury. I think that's a pretty common term you would know how to spell if, in fact, you were a law student.
