HERE COMES THE BOOM: Col. City fireworks set for Wednesday

COLUMBIA CITY — Columbia City will be holding its annual fireworks celebration for Independence Day on Wednesday, July 3.

The festivities will take place in Morsches Park.

Fireworks are expected to begin between 10 and 10:15 p.m., but that will not be the only attraction in the evening.

Vendors will begin serving food at 5 p.m. There will be a bouncing house for children and other activities.

Beginning at 8:30 p.m., the Junkyard Band will begin its performance.
