COLUMBIA CITY â€” A woman accused of using someone elseâ€™s checks at a local bar pleaded guilty Monday.
Deborah S. Holden, 55, of Albion, admitted she tried to use a check of another person at Duffâ€™s Bar in Columbia City, which constituted forgery.
Forgery is a Class C felony, punishable by up to eight years in prison.
