Houser appeal denied

COLUMBIA CITY — The Court of Appeals of Indiana on Tuesday denied an appeal by a Columbia City man convicted of murdering his ex-wife in 2009.
Rodney Houser was charged Nov. 18, 2009 with the beating death of his ex-wife, Debra.
