Ice cream social

The Washington Center United Methodist Church is holding an ice cream social from 4 to 7 p.m. Sept. 11 on the corner of 800 South and Washington Road in the community building. Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, peach, lemon peppermint and cookie dough homemade ice cream will be offered as well as sloppy joes, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, pies and cakes for a free will offering
