IMPERSONATOR PLEADS GUILTY: Kruse sentenced for forgery crime

A man who pleaded guilty to impersonating his brother received a 10-year sentence in Whitley County Circuit Court Monday.

Shaun T. Kruse, 33, of Rochester, pleaded guilty to a charge of forgery, a Class C felony, last month.

He will serve eight of those 10 years at the Whitley County Jail, with the other two years suspended.
