ISP’s Lemmon among area ‘top guns’

PLAINFIELD — A Whitley County Indiana State Police Trooper is one of four sharp-shooting officers who recently bullseyed their way to first place in ISP’s annual pistol competition, the Putnamville Pistol Match.
Senior Trooper Joel D. Lemmon, a 12-year ISP veteran, joined Master Trooper Jarrod R. Alexander, Senior Trooper Marc D. Leatherman and Trooper John G. Silver at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in Plainfield Tuesday.
