INDIANAPOLIS â€” According to data made public today by the Indiana Department of Education, Hoosier studentsâ€™ standardized test scores improved this year. Throughout the state, 74.7 percent of students passed both the English and math portions of the Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress (ISTEP).
