Jimmy Kipp Blake, 23

Jimmy Kipp Blake, 23 of rural Decatur, passed away as the result of a single car accident Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010. He was born Aug. 30, 1987 in Allen County to Cary J. and Amy E. (Geiger) Blake.
Kipp was a member of Pleasant Dale Church of the Brethren in rural Decatur. He was an employee at Dolco Packaging. Kipp was a 2006 graduate of Adams Central High School and was attending IPFW in Fort Wayne.
He is survived by his parents, Cary J. and Amy E. Blake, both of Decatur; three brothers, Kasey J. Blake of Columbia City, Kyler J. and Kurtis J. Blake, both of Decatur; paternal grandparents, Joseph W. and Loretta L. Blake of Churubusco; maternal grandmother, Diane M. Geiger of Churubusco; paternal great-grandmother, Maxine Blake of Marion.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jimmy R. Geiger.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, and also from 1 to 4 p.m. Friday at Pleasant Dale Church of the Brethren Activity Center 4504 W. 300 N., Decatur.
Funeral Service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Pleasant Dale Church of the Brethren, 4504 W. 300 N., Decatur, with Pastor Jay Carter officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Adams Central High School Swing Choir or the Adams Central High School Athletic Department.
