Judy Kreider, 66

Judy Kreider, 66, of South Whitley died at 7:17 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
She was born Nov. 10, 1945, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Floren and Bernice (Aldridge) Kreider.
Her formative years were spent in South Whitley. She graduated from South Whitley High School in 1964.
Following her graduation, she began her career with Lincoln National Life, Fort Wayne. She retired in 2005, with 41 years of service.
She was a member of Pleasant View Church, South Whitley. In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting.
Surviving relatives include two sisters, Beverly (Carl) Schmidt of Fort Wayne and Diann (Dennis) Krider of Columbia City; two nieces, Debra Winchester of Fort Wayne and Karla (Chad) Hough of Fort Wayne; two nephews, Christopher (Mindy) Krider, Andrews and Curtis (Jennifer) Krider both of South Whitley; three great-nephews and four great-nieces.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Smith & Sons Miller Chapel, South Whitley, with Pastor Josh Armstrong officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
