June activities set for library

June 5, 2013

COLUMBIA CITY — Peabody Public Library’s staff is fortunate to have the opportunity to help people in the community pursue their dreams every day.

“Our dream is to make your library an even better place for you, your children and grandchildren,” said one staff person.

Visit the library’s website at http://ppl.lib.in.us and check out the new online Library WishList. There, people may choose an item they’d like to see at the library, make a contribution towards the purchase or sponsor an item in memory of a loved one.

Those who make a “wish” will be notified when it is completed so the next time they’re in the library, they can see the wish they helped make come true. Tax-deductible gifts benefit everyone and greatly enhances the service that the public receives.

The library wishes to extend a great big “thank you” to all who choose to better their community in this special way.
