Karen Haskin, 57

COLUMBIA CITY — Karen Lee Haskin, 57, a resident of Columbia City, died at 11:16 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2011 in the Parkview Whitley Hospital.
She was born Feb. 28, 1954, in Columbia City, a daughter of Derald and Janyce DeWitt Coomer.
On May 12, 1976, she was united in marriage to Harry H. Haskin.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Harry; two sons, David Haskin and Jason Haskin both of Columbia City; and a grandson, Devin Haskin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Kristi and Sherre.
The visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Smith and Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Dec. 17, 2011 at the Nolt Cemetery with Pastor Robert Crouse, officiating.
