Kessie picked for IBCA scholarship

   The Indiana Basketball Coaches Association awards two scholarships a year in the name of Pat Aikman.
   One of those comes from Whitley County.
   The Whitko Lady Wildcats’ senior captain Rachelle Kessie was the recipient of scholarship along side Huntington North’s Kyle Bradburn.
