King, queen named for The Oaks

Parkview Oaks Nursing Home crowned their king and queen for Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14.

Every year the staff, residents and guest vote for the residents they like to win the title of king and queen. This year’s king and queen are Herman and Virginia Smith, who have been married for 68 years.

The runners-up are Imogene Crowder, for the title of queen, and Cecil Jenkins, for the title of king. P

arkview Oaks Nursing Home held a celebration on Valentine’s Day to crown the winners and acknowledge all the other participants.
