Lady ’Cats architect resigns

   SOUTH WHITLEY — Coming into his first head coaching job in girls’ basketball five seasons ago, Rob Bell didn’t see it ending like this — but the time was right.
   The Lady Wildcats winningest coach in school history turned in his resignation Wednesday, pending board approval June 20.
   Bell states in his resignation letter the program “has reached a crossroads, which many growing successful programs do.”
