March 4, 2014

Kayla Crance

LOS ANGELES — Once a small-town girl with aspirations of silver screens and red carpets, Kayla Crance is now living her acting dream.

A 2007 Churubusco High School graduate, Crance will appear on Criminal Minds Wednesday at 9 p.m. on CBS.

“I am a real fan of the show, so it was great to be able to work on it for an episode,” said Crance. “I really liked that everyone was so nice and friendly — the cast, crew — everyone. It is a great group of people, who are very nice and very talented. It made for a really great work environment. It was a fantastic experience and I’m grateful I had the opportunity to work on the show.”

Although Crance can’t reveal much about her character or the episode’s plot, CBS released a synopsis of the show.

“Mysterious drowning deaths discovered in the Las Vegas desert have the BAU trying to figure out the true cause and motive for the murders,” said CBS officials.
