Lochner-Goff pre-trial conference set for Nov. 11

Former Whitley County Chamber of Commerce president Sara Lochner-Goff appeared for an initial hearing last week and is scheduled for a pre-trial conference Nov. 11 on charges of theft.
Lochner-Goff is accused by the chamber of cashing in approximately $2,100 worth of certificates between Dec. 1, 2010 and Sept. 13, when she was officially dismissed from the job she assumed Aug. 5, 2010.
