Lonnie L. Van, 63, of Fort Wayne, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2012.
Born Sept. 1, 1948, he was the son of Charles and Dorothy (Bowman) Van, Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Kay Van; two children; two brothers and one sister.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City.
Memorials may be given in memory of Mr. Van to the donor’s choice of charity.
