Man released year early from home detention

COLUMBIA CITY — A man who has been on home detention was released a year earlier than scheduled Monday.

William Mullins, 21, was given a 10-year sentence in November of 2010 for two counts of burglary, one charge of theft and one charge of robbery.

Mullins had been on work release for a year-and-a-half. In July of 2013, he was modified to home detention.
