Margaret Gallimore, 86

Margaret C. Gallimore, 86, of Noble County, died at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at her home.
She was born Nov. 17, 1926 in Mishawaka, a daughter of Russel E. and Ruth Helen (Cox) Sheets.
As a young girl, her family moved to Washington Township. She completed her education at Washington Center High School.
On Feb. 16, 1946, she was united in marriage to Ervin L. Grace. They made their home in Laud. Mr. Grace died Nov. 16, 1981.
On Sept. 8, 1984, she was united in marriage to Otho Eugene “Gene” Gallimore. They made their home in Noble County.
She was employed at Fibre Form, GE and retired from PTG.
Her memberships included Cornerstone Fellowship Church and Eagles #1906 Auxiliary.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Gene; three sons, Dale (Elaine) Grace of Churubusco, Russel Grace of San Francisco, Calf. and Ray Grace of Columbia City; a daughter, Sue (Rodney L.) Clark of Albion; and two step-daughters, Darlene Boggs of Columbia City and Elaine (Dale) Grace, of Churubusco; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Cindy Moore; five grandchildren; a brother, Robert Sheets; and two sisters, Ruby Sheets and Gladys Mason.
The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City. The burial will be in Eberhard Cemetery. The visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
