Mark Curtis

Mark J. Curtis, 54, graduated to glory on Nov. 25, 2013, while at Parkview Regional Medical Center and is now at peace in the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Born Sept. 16, 1959, in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Donald P. Curtis and Charlene D. Adams-Begue.
Mark worked as a drywall craftsman at Hanna Brothers and Hartman’s for many years. He enjoyed his family, home and friends. He will always be deeply loved by all and will be missed forever.
He is survived by his fiancé and loving life mate, Rose Shaw; his mother, Charlene Adams-Begue; his daughters, Inessa Curtis, Sherry Curtis, Ashley (Keith) Bird; his sons, Shaun Curtis, Zachary Shaw, and Shannon Marquart; sister, Lora (Rick) Ware; brother, Steven Curtis; nine grandchildren; and his stepmother, Gayle Curtis.
He was preceded in death by his father and his sister, Kim Bird. A memorial service will be held Sunday, at 2 p.m. at 7420 Yellow River Rd., Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the SPCA.
