Martha Miller, 72

Martha J. Miller, 72, of Garrett, died at 4:10 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1, 2010 at Cameron Hospital, Angola. She was born July 13, 1938 in Whitley County to Harold and Helen (Traster) Cooperrider and they preceded her in death. She married Edward E. Miller Sept. 6, 1958 in Columbia City and he died Oct. 12, 2002. Martha was a collator at Renaissance Publishing in Auburn, retiring in 2001.

She was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church of Auburn and the Ashley Eastern Star Lodge 229.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Annmarie Miller-Fuentes of Ashley and a sister, Mary J. Huffman of Bushnell, Fla.

Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Ann VanHouten and a son, Edward A. Miller.

Due to her wishes there will be no services. Burial will take place in Christian Union Cemetery in Garrett.

Memorials are to the American Cancer Society or the donor’s choice.
