NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certifed copy of a decree to me directed from the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Whitley County, Indiana, in Cause No.
92C01-1003-MF-00188, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC was
Plaintiff, and Daren W. Reed, Tammy G. Reed and Citimortgage, Inc.
successor in interest to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., were the
Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said
Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest
bidder, on the 17th day of July, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. of said day, at the
101 W. Market Street, Columbia City, IN 46725, the fee simple of the
whole body of Real Estate in Whitley County, Indiana:

containing 6.20 acres, more or less. Except the plat of Eckert reed
addition being described as being subdivision of part of the northwest
quarter of section 18, township 31 north, rang e 9 east, Whitley county,

follows, to-wit: commencing at an iron pin found marking the northeast
corner of said northwest quarter; thence south 00 degrees 30 minutes
east (deed bearing), on and along the east line of said northwest quarter,
a distance of 209.0 feet (recorded 208.7 feet) to a p.k. nail found at
the true point of beginning; thence continuing south 00 degrees 30
minutes east, on and along said east line, being within the right-of-way
of county road 350 west, a distance of 30.0 feet to a p.k. nail; thence
south 88 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds west, parallel to the north line
of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said section 18, a
distance of 220.0 feet to an iron pin; thence north 51 degrees 00 minutes
west, a distance of 97.8 feet to an iron pin; thence south 88 degrees
41 minutes 30 seconds west, parallel to said north line, a distance of
483.79 feet to a point, said point being situated 4.0 feet west of an iron
pin in a fence; thence north 00 degrees 33 minutes east, a distance of
175.8 feet to a point on the north line of the northeast quarter of the
northwest quarter of said section 18, said point being situated 1.2 feet
north of and 2.5 west of a rail post found; thence north 88 degrees 41
minutes 30 seconds east (recorded north 88 degrees 30 minutes east, on
and along said north line, a distance of 567.04 feet to a point situated
south 88 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds west, a distance of 209.0 feet
(recorded 208.8 feet) from the northwest corner of said northwest
quarter, said point also being situated 0.2 feet south of and 0.9 feet west
of a rail post found; thence south 00 degrees 30 minutes east, parallel to
the east line of said northwest quarter, a distance of 209.0 feet (recorded
208.7 feet) to a point situated 0.9 feet south of and 1.5 feet west of a
6 inch diameter iron post found; thence north 88 degrees 41 minutes
30 seconds east, parallel to said north line, a distance of 209.0 feet
(recorded 208,7 feet) to the true point of beginning, containing 2.508
acres of land, more or less.

Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise
extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause # 92C01-1003-
MF-00188 in the Circuit Court of the County of Whitley Indiana,
and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due,
delinquent or which are to become a lien.
Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement
laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale
shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall
have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee, or the
Mortgagee’s Attorney.
